8月1日，中國(guó)銀行董事長(zhǎng)葛海蛟在中國(guó)銀行總行大廈會(huì)見來(lái)訪的澳大利亞福德士河集團(tuán)執(zhí)行主席安德魯·福瑞斯特一行，進(jìn)一步探索在推動(dòng)人民幣國(guó)際化、構(gòu)建綠色鋼鐵產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈等領(lǐng)域的合作機(jī)會(huì)。中國(guó)銀行副行長(zhǎng)武劍參加會(huì)談。
雙方一致表示，將在人民幣債券、跨境人民幣、重點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目融資等領(lǐng)域持續(xù)加強(qiáng)互動(dòng)，共同為促進(jìn)綠色低碳轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展、深化中澳雙邊經(jīng)貿(mào)合作作出更多貢獻(xiàn)。
On August 1, Ge Haijiao, Chairman of Bank of China Limited, met with Dr. Andrew Forrest, the Executive Chairman of Fortescue Ltd, at the Bank’s Head Office in Beijing. They discussed further cooperation opportunities in areas including promoting the internationalization of RMB and building a green steel industry chain. Wu Jian, Executive Vice President of Bank of China Limited, also attended the meeting.
Both sides agreed to work more closely on RMB bonds, cross-border RMB use, and project financing, thereby contributing more to the green and low-carbon transition as well as higher-quality China-Australia cooperation on trade and investment.
