為了給您提供更加優(yōu)質(zhì)的服務(wù)，我行修訂了現(xiàn)有的《Standard Terms and Conditions Governing Facilities Secured by Mortgage of Residential Property and/or Commercial Property》，并將于2025年7月20日起生效。具體修訂內(nèi)容如下：
5. Interest
5.8 If any Special Mortgage Rate (including any bundled product promotional interest rate) and/or related terms apply to the Facility, we may revise such Special Mortgage Rate and/or related terms at any time to our prevailing interest rate or such rate and/or terms as we may determine in our absolute discretion from time to time, including upon the occurrence of any of the following events:
(a) if you prepay or repay the Facility in full or upon cancellation of the Facility without drawdown;
(b) if any Event of Default occurs; or
(c) if you breach any terms and conditions governing our grant of such Special Mortgage Rate and related terms or any of these Conditions.
